Scope of Structural, Electrical, Plumbing & HVACs Systems Design work included: Design of new office / shower / locker trailers with connection to the existing building. The trailer consists of steel joists supported on concrete columns. Design based on NYC Building Code included Accessibility requirement, Means of Egress, Access Travel Distance, Electrical, HVAC and plumbing inside the trailer and their connections with existing system. Provided concrete foundation and other connection details. Prepared drawings for NYCDOB approval. Provided Construction Drawings & Specifications. Providing Construction Administration and Controlled / Special Inspection Scope of services included: Phase 1 – Review of Existing Documents & Field Inspection; Phase 2 - Schematic Design/Design Development; Phase 3 – Development of Contract Documents; Phase 4 – Obtain Permits from NYCDOB Phase 5 - Construction Administrations /Controlled Inspection; Phase 6 – Close-out, including Obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy
