Controlled Inspection Services & TR1 for the replacement of three (3) metal stairs in three (3) – 4 story buildings at Park Rock Consolidated Brooklyn, NY for NYCHA:

Scope of work included:

• Preparation of NYCDOB Controlled Inspection forms.
• Review approved shop drawings, specifications and all approved submittals before the commencement of Controlled Inspection.
• Perform Controlled Inspection and sign off NYC Department of Buildings TR1 form.
