Design, Construction Inspection & Agency Approvals for Replacement of Fire Pump at North River Treatment Plant, NY for NYC Environmental Protection (NYCDEP):

AEG provided design and inspection services and obtained approvals from agencies for the replacement of Fire Pump at North River Treatment Plant, NY. Scope of work included, review of existing drawings and field investigation to verify the pressures and location of existing pipes, valves and to determine the condition of fire pump foundation. AEG developed detail drawings for the removal and replacement of existing fire pump with specifications and obtain the approval from NYC Department of Buildings.

Scope of work included:

Phase 1 – Review of Existing Documents & Field Inspection;
Phase 2 - Design Development;
Phase 3 – Development of Contract Documents;
Phase 4 – Obtain Permits from NYCDOB
