Design and Construction Support Services for Rehabilitation of PATH Station at Exchange Place, NJ (On-Call Design Services 2008-2010) for Port Authority of NY & NJ (PANY&NJ):

AEG provided Architecture/Engineering Design and Construction Support Services for the rehabilitation of PATH Station (HEAD HOUSE) at Exchange Place in New Jersey. Scope of work included, review of existing drawings and field investigation to verify the location of existing pipes to be removed and concrete walls under floor to remain. AEG developed detail drawings for the removal and replacement of existing pipe under floor, opening details in existing grade beams and concrete walls for new pipes. AEG provided various options of granite floor replacement for PANYNJ review and developed details for installation of new granite floor . AEG coordinated with all the discipline involved in the project. AEG provided detail drawings, specifications and cost estimates.
