Manor (Highland Housing Authority) and at Morris
Mews (Morris County Housing Authority).
Scope of work includes:
- Replacement of all bathroom finishes, fixtures & fittings.
- Replacement of vinyl tile flooring, including replacement of underlayment
and repair of subfloors where required
- Replacement of bath tubs with ADA compliant shower stalls and surrounds
- Electrical improvements, including installation of new lighting, GFCIs,
switches, etc
Services included:
- Measurements and field investigations
- Design development
- Preparation of contract documents (Drawings and Specifications)
- Assistance during bids
- Construction inspection
- Project Closeout.
- Seismic Design and Development of Seismic Details for HVAC Ducts and Air
Handling Unit Support in Aeronautical Office
- Floor Slab Repair of Air Cargo Facility
Scope of work included:
- Review of existing drawings and field investigation to verify the location
of existing ducts & pipes to be supported.
- Performed inspection to determine the condition of supporting members.
- Performed calculations and developed detail drawings for ducts & pipes
support
- Developed details of various options for concrete floor repair /
replacement.
- Prepared cost estimate in PANYNJ format.
