AEG provided Master Plan for extension of An-Nur School, in Schenectady, NY.

Master Plan included:

• Development of school programmatic requirements with the consultation of the School Board
• Review of planning and zoning requirements on the property.
• Preparation of Master Plan per the requirements of zoning resolution, parking, open areas, FAR allowed, height restriction etc. Additionally to provide a financially feasible option to the client.
• Approval from Township planning Board
• Development of construction phasing with associated cost for each phase.
