Bachelor of Architecture, 1988, National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan Masters of Science in Architecture, 1994 University College London, London, UK Mr. Mahmood has 22 years of experience as an Architect, Project Manager & QA/QC Officer. He has extensive worked on a/e projects for public agencies and private sector in New York, New Jersey, & overseas. Mr. Mahmood’s involvement has been in the areas of needs assessment, condition inspection, preparation of design documents, project schedules, cost estimates, construction support services and project management. Over the years Mr. Mahmood has worked on assignments for Port Authority of NY & NJ, United Parcel Services (UPS), School Construction Authority (SCA), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), New York City Police Department (NYPD), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Newark Housing Authority (NHA), Jersey City Housing Authority, etc. Additionally he has vast private sector experience where he has designed and provided construction supervision of various corporate sector interior projects including banks, libraries, airline offices, cell phone providers, data communication companies. |
