Interior Design & Construction Management Services for the Interior Remodeling of 3,000 SF Bank Facility At Edison, New Jersey for United Central Bank (UCB):

AEG provided Interior Design and Construction Management services for interior rehabilitation of United Central Bank branch at Edison New Jersey.

AEG's scope included:

  • Prepare existing drawings for entire facility in the absence of any available existing drawings.
  • Prepared demolition and various options of proposed layout drawings for client approval.
  • Prepared final interior, electrical, data, lighting and furniture layout.
  • Provided Construction Drawings, Specifications & Cost Estimate.
  • Provide expediting services to obtain approvals from Edison Township, New Jersey.
  • Provide Construction Management Services to complete the project in tight schedule. All construction work was undertaken without disruption to the bank's operations.

Scope of Construction Management Services included:

Phase 1 – Review of Existing Documents & Field Inspection;
Phase 2 - Schematic Design/Design Development;
Phase 3 – Development of Contract Documents;
Phase 4 - Bidding & Contract Award;
Phase 5 - Construction Management; and
Phase 6 – Close-out.
