License in NY, NJ & PA Site Safety Manager NYC Mr. Yousuf Tai has 28 years of experience as Civil/Structural Engineer, Infrastructure (design & inspection) and Project Management. He has extensively worked on a/e projects for public agencies & private sector in New York, New Jersey & overseas. His involvement has been in structural/civil/site engineering design, condition assessments, load rating, seismic analysis & retrofits, Local Law 11/98 inspection. Over the years Mr. Tai has been responsible for preparation of design documents, assisting client agencies in selection of contractors, providing construction support services, project scheduling, project budgets, project closeout, etc. Mr. Tai has worked as Project Manager on assignments for Port Authority of NY & NJ, United Parcel Services (UPS), School Construction Authority (SCA), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), New York City Police Department (NYPD), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Newark Housing Authority (NHA), Jersey City Housing Authority, New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) etc.
